Secret Santa Project is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Donations of $250+ will receive a formal receipt for tax purposes.

With your support we are able to provide each of these toys, games, and gifts to our community's underserved children free of charge. Charitable contributions made to the Secret Santa Project are officially recognized by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) as having 501(c)(3) status (EIN 84-4961301), and thus are considered to be fully tax-deductible contributions. A donation receipt will be issued by Secret Santa Project when receiving gifts with value of $250 or more. This receipt may be utilized by an individual or company that has donated cash or payment, personal property, or real property to claim a donation as a tax deduction.
